The big ballroom wedding? Hard pass. You’d rather celebrate in a way that actually fits your relationship. Whether it’s an intimate adventure with just the two of you or a gathering of your closest family and friends, there’s no wrong way to do it.
I'm your elopement guide, your "we've got this" person. Together we'll co-create an elopement day where the focus is on your experience. Nerves are natural, but I'll be there to get you out of your head and into the moment.
I want to make your elopement day and the entire planning process as stress-free as possible. The greatest gift you can give yourselves is to be fully present together.
These photographs will bring you back to this day every time you look at them, so let's make sure it's a day worth reliving.
You'll receive professionally edited, high-resolution images via digital gallery. From your gallery you can download the images to your devices, order albums, prints and wall art, and share with friends and family.
I'm not just there for you on elopement day, I'm here for you starting on Day 1. You'll get all my knowledge, opinions, and recs, and if I don't know the answer I'll help you find it. You have access to me via video call whenever you need.
Have I mentioned that no two couples are the same? Yeah, you get the gist. I'll send you a list of things to pack based on where you're going and what you're doing to get the most out of your day while being comfortable and safe.
Not sure how to fit everything in? I'll build your timeline from start to finish to get the most out of your day, and to make sure we take advantage of the best lighting opportunities for photographs. You won't have to worry about scheduling in rest or travel time, I've got you covered.
Think: hair and makeup, private chef, tour guide... I'll do the research to hire a dream team for your elopement. I'll recommend vendors that are vetted, trusted, and specialize in elopements.
Your love is unique, and your elopement should reflect that beautiful fact. What brings one couple joy might sound like a nightmare to you. When you book with me, I'll suggest activities that fit the vibe of your day and who you are as a couple.
Many locations do require a permit for marriage ceremonies. Each place has its own nuances. I will tell you exactly how to apply, and what the cost will be, and how to navigate any restrictions.
I do the research and location scouting to find just the right spot for you (even the ones you can't find on Google). You'll receive a questionnaire at the beginning of planning so I can learn more about you and pair you with a spot that checks all the boxes.
I know waiting is the worst... especially after one of the best days of your life. That’s why you’ll get 20 sneak-peek images within 24 hours, so you can relive it (and share it) right away.

Her eye for composition and lighting is impressive, and she made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire day, which allowed our personalities to shine through. Stephanie went above and beyond, expertly guiding us through various poses and candid shots. Her genuine enthusiasm and warm personality made the day not only fun but also memorable. We've been flooded with compliments from friends and family since sharing the photos.
I recommend booking 6-12 months before your elopement date. This timeline can vary significantly, but generally 6 months to one year provides enough time to apply for permits and get your first choice of lodging, vendors, and locations.
Absolutely. Some of the most stunning spots are just steps from the parking lot. And if you want adventure without a steep climb, we can bring in a Jeep, a kayak, a helicopter—basically, choose your own adventure without breaking a sweat.
Of course! I photograph elopements and intimate weddings with less than 50 guests. Guests are definitely welcome if YOU want them there. And the level of guest involvement is up to you, too. Maybe your guests are with you the entire day, maybe you opt for a private ceremony and just have guests at an intimate dinner afterward, maybe you don't have any guests and instead ask loved ones to handwrite you letters that you read together.
Yes. I believe everyone deserves beautiful images of themselves. Full stop. I welcome all races, genders, sexual orientations, ability levels, ages, body sizes, religions, and nationalities. Love is love is love.
They often do, but it depends on a few factors like what you're wearing, how strenuous the hike is, and your own abilities. No matter what, you'll need comfortable hiking shoes. Some people leave them on all day while others might do a shoe change at their ceremony or portrait spot. You can also change into your clothes once we arrive on location. I have a pop-up changing tent if you opt for this.
This depends on the location you choose. Most public lands will require some sort of permit for a ceremony, with or without guests. I'll reach out to the land management agency in charge to get all the details.
It depends on the location you choose! I personally love dogs and welcome having your pets present. Be sure to mention this at the beginning of planning so we can prioritize pet-friendly locations. We can also incorporate pets at other points of your elopement day if they aren't allowed at your ceremony location (at your AirBnb, for example).
